The description of this video is retarted. I'm from Oakland where this happened, and it wasn't caused by pot heads and it wasn't a result of someone doing this on purpose. A gasoline tanker crashed under the overpass and the fire melted the steel.

Although, if the truck had been filled with office furniture, I'm sure the fire would have been hot enough to melt the steel into red hot pools that would glow for weeks, and the overpass would have destroyed what was below it, in a pancake collapse. The concrete would have turned to dust, and those big support columns would have just fallen apart into bite-sized chunks.
