probably the best line I've ever heard, no matter how many times I heard it I still laughed.
this is from the tv series "snuff box".. a uk show... its awesome.
Both actors use their real names for their main characters. Berry plays a hangman ("High Executioner to the King of England"), and Fulcher his assistant. The majority of the programme is set in a "gentlemen's club for hangmen", although the show is also interspersed with sequences of sketches, often featuring different characters.
Berry and Fulcher met whilst working together on another BBC Three comedy, The Mighty Boosh. <-- another awesome series btw.
its only 6 episodes so i suggest anyone who likes over the top weird humor to watch it...

One of the oddest British I ever watched was the Kenny Everett show. Anyone remember that one? I used to watch it when I was a kid.

I was never a big fan of British humor (Monty Python excepted) but this was hilarious.
If you found this guy funny you have to watch "Garth Marenghi" absolutely fucking hilarious. Set in hospital and is rip on 80's horror thriller drama soaps, pure brilliance!

Brilliant, but you expect that from Berry and Fulcher. Berry was awesome in The I.T. Crowd too. Had a few of the Mighty Boosh crew in that with him, like Richard Ayoade and Noel Fielding
I never used to like The IT Crown until yak & Deja started talking about it & made it sound funny. I gave it another go, realised its great & told my friends to watch it.
Right now I don't have great memories of Garth Marenghi's Dark Place (only saw 1 episode) which I know my friend loves - I may have to give it another try.
dark place was one of the greatest additions to the adult swim line up. "Not my fault, monkey bastard hands"
Wario, Kenny Everett was certainly odd, but he made one of the funniest sketch shows ever.
I don't remember alot about it, except for the silly theme song and the onrunning cartoon with the lady that was always falling out of her outfit.
have you guys seen the christmas nativity bbc special done by all the bbc comedy guys? oh god its so funny... done in a 70's musical style the story of the nativity shot from the point of view of the inn keeper... so funny...
if you like this kind of thing, check out another british show called League Of Gentlemen, funny as fuck.
Not The Nine O'Clock News was also an extremely funny 80's sketch show.
