and parasites arent anything to worry about, theres some statistic where if you take the number of cells in our body only five percent are our own, the rest is bacteria and parasites, honistly bacterial cells are roughly a thousand time smaller than our own so their numbers make up a huge percentage, most are used to maintain our natural flora and you would die pretty quickly without the little buggers
