Algonquin in Ontario? I do agree though, I don't understand what's so great about the Praries, it's all flat, boring as hell..except Western Alberta
only algonquin park i know of is in ontario :P i've been going there my whole life
the only reason i'll be driving out west is for yak and i to visit his family and friends there :/

algonquin's THE spot to go. have to book 5 months in advance and people from all over the world go there
i've been to gros mourne though too. don't really remember it, but i compare all places to algonquin and i haven't met its equal yet.
I'll have to find a way to get a spot in Algonquin then, though that's not the only thing to do in the park. I love Gros Mourne, just walking around in it is nice, got great campsites too, and the Table Lands (Earth Mantle at the surface)
