Sry, I dont know of too many small time foreign bands because I cant go chill at the cd shop and listen to foreign music. But if you wanna hear a good upcoming American band, try Index Case. And B.E.T.H is really the only smaller European band I know and like. But I dont jive with being called a bandwagon kid

If Rammstein, kmfdm and wumpscut are the only bands you can list then you ARE a total band wagoner. Comparatively, all three of those bands actually suck compared to whats out there in the Industrial / synthpop genre. Rammstein is like the greenday of industrial. Search for Industrial music on something like Winamp radio and become enlightened.
