apart from the nigger part he does have a point....she was actually under arrest, they were getting her out the car to cuff her and she wasnt doing it. they gave her plenty of oppurtunity to and she didnt, the first cop did warn her if you dont get out the car i will taze you. and by the sounds of it she had assaulted her husband so was a danger to the public therefore needed to be arrested and controlled, she was out of control and so was tazed.
The issue here is the moment you're self control should be surrendered. Once an officer tells you that you're under arrest, you had damn well follow directions and surrender yourself to law enforcement instruction. You have been cited for a crime, and therefore letting you have control of the situation is fundamentally wrong and dangerous. You've been warned, you've been told what to do by an officer of the law, and you do not get to decide how or when you surrender yourself to an agent of the law because doing so violates another law(resisting arrest). She had this coming and there is absolutely zero civil rights violation here. True, the officer could've backed up and let her get out of the car on her terms, but she's committed a crime and her terms have neither weight nor legal standing. She was in the wrong. Defiant compliance is one hell of an oxymoron!

You people claiming they shouldn't have used the tazer don't know what you're talking about.
First fo all, when they say "GET OUT NOW" that doesn't "Okay get out whenever you're ready." If the suspect takes their own sweet time, you need to force things along. THere are a number of reasons you can't let an offender sit and bitch for 30 minutes.
Secondly, a tazer is a GREAT way to deal with a suspect. IF those officers were to have physically manhandled here they have to worry about all sorts of civil liability if the dumb bitch decides to sue them for groping her or roughing her up. If they go to court with the tazer having been used, there is basically no way they can be charged with excessive use of force.
