  Some teacher deep in Southern Italy was being felt up (as you saw) while she was teaching a class with students around her. She says she didn't realise at first what was going on and when she did she stopped them and reported it. What I think she meant to say was she didn't realise it was being filmed and when she did, she went and reported it.
