I don't know much japanese but I was able to pick up a bit of it, she was saying something about an energy drink in the first scene(I'm almost completely guessing here) then she's saying its tasty. In the scene where she's laying down I think she says "you never listen, where are you looking?" At the end I think the big letters are saying "H" is the man. The bottom is something in another language(other than japanese) but it says "santori" then the dash and yori, which means "that" as far as I know.
Doesn't make the commercial much clearer but it seems that its some sort of energy drink (hence the relation to sex).
I don't think this is a regular commercial that runs on "normal" channels where also kids watch...! probably some adult channel or something!
