If it was only my mom, that would be correct. But anyone can look up the statistics on the amount of crime done by blacks compared to the general population. In fact 90% of interracial crime is perpetrated by blacks against whites, yet none are persecuted for hate crimes. So much for your KKK argument.
Anyone who has lived in an area with a black population, large or small, can attest to their rudeness and general lack of shame. Almost every panhandler asking me for money is black. Every time I hear loud obnoxious yelling or someone making a scene its a black person. Every time I watch the news I see the face of a black criminal.
So both statistics and my own personal experience tell me that my logic is correct.
