That was retarded. It wasn't even shown clear enough to be called a ghost. Despite people saying it was revealed to be a cardboard cutout below, that could've easily been explained away as a simple change of perspective.

I remember seeing a scene where a kid was standing in one of the doorways and was staring right at the camera as it panned right, and the scene had Danson and the other guy, but it's been years since I've seen this movie...
I remember seeing a scene with Ted Danson and the other guy talking by a pool table or something and then you see the "dead kid". This is the only scene I could find though. I could be wrong since I haven't seen the movie in years also.
