That has to suck to install from so many floppies.
But it feels sooooooooo bad.
It may suck starting from floppies, but loading games from the Datacorder was infinitely worse.

its most likely javascript then... most likely security settings.... since its a new install its probably either that or some stupid virus scanner that doesn't know wtf its doing (mcafee).. i'd try with firefox and see if it does the same thing...

ie has a bunch of active x exploits as well as various huge vulnerabilities that give attackers basically "admin" access to your computer, its really.... REALLY.... unsafe to use....
i mean on mucho mostly i am at least able to defend against our advertisers, but they are some shady motherfuckers.... and if i care as much as i do about what goes on and see some of the shit that happens on say... long weekends (advertisers usually sell ads to other advertisers so they don't have full control) they usually fucking put exploits and shit in for various shady things
if you are running ie, i'd REALLY recommend you running adaware and spybot search and destroy on your computer, because i'll put money on you having some sort of rootkits and trojans...
the reason why i'm parnoid is because i'm always drawn to the shadier side of the internet, so i'm always learning what the "bad guys" are doing, and i see all this shit going on ;)
I see. I use spybot on a regular basis and I have a decent anti virus thingy. I will get my computer guy to work on my shit though.
what anti virus do you use? i'd suggest avg, since its free and its probably one of the best virus databases... and it won't fuck your computer over with javascript flash etc so you can still do that shit ;)
with mcafee and all those now and their 'internet securities' they disable all these things that people use all the time... like flash, javascript, cookies bla bla

I would have to honestly say I guess none of these PSA's ever really helped me. I ended up: Drinking, doing drugs, smoking cigs, or that one time I smoked crack off tin foil with that pregnant chick who I later in the early 5am hour asked if she wanted to make out, but she said no because my girlfriend was sleeping in the next room, or telling my parents my dike gym teacher who looked like a man touched me.
