by law anyone crossing a border or entering a transportation facility (airport, etc)automatically gives consent to a search.
so when your stopped and the dogs catches a sent let the damn guys do their job. the dog might catch a sent, but it doesnt mean the dog was right. let them feel stupid after searching every inch of your vehicle and finding nothing. then you can rub it in ther face with a smirk on your face while saying "told ya"

to be fair, if they "searched" his car.. he would be the one putting the side panels and shit all back together... its happened to a friend of mine, the boarder guard decided to do a "full" search and basically trashed his fucking car... him and all the people in the car spent like 3 hours trying to put it all back together after because the boarder guards wouldn't do shit to help.
also, this isn't at a border crossing, it is inside the state of Texas more than 50 or 100 miles from the actual border. No border crossing takes place.
The problem with just letting them do what they want is it violates your rights unless they have probable cause to stop you in the first place (actually witnessing you commit a crime or suspicion of breaking a law)
Not following the agents commands to allow you to search your vehicle for no apparent reason is not a law that can be enforced.

But if you are an American citizen, you'd be wise to start to wake up and pay attention, the time for action is nearing.

Believe it or not this motherfucker does this shit all the time. I watched a 30 minute video of this tool doing the exact same shit, he refused to roll down his window, refused everything they asked him to do. Kept saying they had no reason to stop him, no probable cause yadda yadda yadda. Then after a half hour a cop says, "we just spoke with our superiors and they feel we have better things to do than continue this with you...you're free to leave."
Bottom line is this dude is knows his rights to the T...but sometimes you just need to grin and bare it.
