I think that was a garage wall, because it appears to be dark on the other side of it. Sectional concrete garages are common here, and the walls are usually 6 feet tall. I guess there would be three slabs coming down.
Also, they are very difficult to lift back up because they are heavy, and must be lifted absolutely straight up, or they will jam in the side channels.
