The UK is basically a satellite of the US. Two co-dependent nations. Imagine how aggressive and overt the US's foreign policy would seem, were it not for England's support. Plus, we are a nice middleman/broker into the European continent. We also have the nice bonues of being a 'part' of Europe...but 'apart' from Europe. Being an island nation has its advantages (not just extreme weather conditions)....
Also, the US will NEVER fall out with England because it needs us to help develop and complete its Star Wars defense program (or rather 'Son of Star Wars' now). Reagan claimed to have stopped it...but it's still very quietly continuing. Once complete, the US will gain 'first-strike capability' and essentially be able to bomb whoever the fuck it wants...without fear of reprisals. The US needs the UK as a checkpoint and satellite installation point, or the defense program will be unable to function. The US is 100% seeking to colonise the world...and the UK is right there with them...as their 'special friend'.
Incidentally Pat...you ignorant fuck...'Europe' does not seek moral leadership from the US (fucking hardly) and would not need the US to defend itself. The UK alone has a military that is second to the US only in numbers and sheer volume of resources.
